Rental Policies

In order to book a date the following must be completed:
  • A signed contract is received by Your Chuppah NY LLC 
  • A deposit of 25% of total cost before discount is obtained (deposit amounts may vary dependent upon event)
  • Credit Card Authorization form is completed and obtained by Your Chuppah NY LLC for the remainder of the contract balance or cash payment is obtained for the contract balance
Deposits are not refundable in case of cancellation of the event. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will be charged the full rental and delivery amount.  If the vendor must cancel the event, the deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days of the event.

Delivery of the chuppahs generally occur 2-3 hrs prior to the ceremony.  Setup timing depends on the style of the chuppah, the desired draping, and any additional decor that is to be attached to the chuppah.  Breakdown is generally done directly after the ceremony and any necessary photos are taken. However, arrangements can be made in order to accommodate the event. Additional charges may apply.
